Located in the northwestern corner of the Xixi National Wetland Park, Hangzhou Xixi Hotel is ~45 km from Hangzhou International Airport (see Google map on the right). 
The taxi fee is about CNY ¥100 - ¥150, plus a possible ¥20 highway toll, payable in cash, Alipay, or Wechat Pay (*service fee may apply*). Setting up either one of the latter two is recommended for everyday cashless purchases in China (including hotel, registration, and the subway below).
You may also take subway Line 19 to Xixi Wetland North (西溪湿地北) station (CNY ¥8; 45 min), which is 1.6 km from the hotel.

If you are traveling from Shanghai airports (either PVG or SHA) to the conference venue, there are multiple options available:
1. Taxi from the airport (2-3 hrs, CHY 700-1000, + CNY ~100 highway toll).
2. Coach bus from PVG to Hangzhou East Railway Station (3 hrs, CNY 130-160, 9:00/11:00/13:00/15:00/19:30 daily, see link), then take taxi/subway to the venue (0.5-1 hr).
3. High speed railway from SHA to Hangzhou East Railway Station (0.75-1 hr, CHY 60-200 depending on seat class, 150+ trips daily, from 5:44-21:29), then take taxi/subway to the venue  (0.5-1 hr). *Note that tickets are quickly sold out, you may need to wait for the next available train.
3+. If participants arriving at PVG would like to take the high speed railway option, SHA is ~1-2 hrs away by maglev/subway/bus/taxi. 

The hotel can provide up to 100 guest rooms. After registration (or login), you will be redirected to the personal center, where you may reserve hotel rooms (Queen or Twin). 
Special nightly rates (CNY ¥400 for students / ¥500 for researchers) are negotiated with the hotel. All rooms will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Pay directly at the hotel lobby when you check in.

All units at Xixi Hotel are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen cable TV, and an in-room safe. A mini bar, bottled water and an electric kettle are available. Free toiletries, slippers and hair dryer are provided in the bathroom.
The tour desk can arrange car rentals for guests. Currency exchange, laundry and baggage storage are provided at the 24-hour front desk.

On-site entertainment includes a game room, sauna, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, spa, massage, ping-pong room, tennis court, leisure center, fishing, and a squash court.
